Sub-processors

Last updated: 2 September 2026

This page forms part of our Privacy Policy and of the data processing terms that apply to creators who run a community on Sooper.

What is a sub-processor?

A sub-processor is a third party engaged by Sooper to carry out processing activities that involve access to personal data we handle on behalf of creators and their members. Sooper engages the sub-processors below to provide the platform. Each is bound by written terms that impose data protection obligations no less protective than those Sooper commits to itself.

International transfers

Sooper Limited is established in the United Kingdom. Where a sub-processor processes personal data outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on adequacy regulations (including, for certified United States providers, the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Services you connect yourself

Some integrations are set up by creators in their own accounts with a third party. For those, the creator is the controller and the third party acts for the creator, not for Sooper. They are not sub-processors of Sooper.

  • Stripe: The creator's own Stripe account, which receives payments for their community.
  • Meta, TikTok, Google, OpenAI: Advertising and analytics integrations a creator connects to their community. Data is shared only with the visitor's marketing consent.
  • Google, Zoom: Calendar and video conferencing integrations a creator connects for bookings.

Updates

We update this page before a new sub-processor starts processing personal data on our behalf and notify community owners by email. If you would like to be notified of changes to this list, let us know through our contact page.
