View and download counts: see exactly how your content is performing, right from your posts page.
Waitlist: You can now build a waitlist prior to launching your business. Get potential customers excited and automatically notify them when it’s live.
Coupons: Set tier-specific coupons so they can only be used for upgrades.
Co-creator: Easily collaborate by adding a co-creator to your community. Set their roles as either Author or Manager. Author is ideal for guest’s in the community, they have a special creator badge, they get their own inbox and they can engage in the chats. They can’t make any important changes to the community or see financials.
Managers get more access including customer management, sign ups and chat moderation.
Community & Notifications 📣
@mentions and reply notifications: It’s now possible to use @everyone in the chat channels - all members will be notified in Sooper and by email instantly.
A perfect way to announce an imminent live stream or drop.
Replies to comments in the chats will also trigger a notification for creators and members. Overall boosting community engagement.
Push notifications on the app: Sooper can be downloaded as an app. To do this, open Sooper in your browser and save it to your home screen. Once added, you'll receive push notifications directly to your device.
Cancellation Feedback: Members can now share their feedback when they set a subscription to cancel. A really useful insight to highlight strengths or find where to improve.

Shop: We’re really excited to announce shop will be out very soon. We’ve been working on this non-stop because we know how powerful this is for your business.
In shop you will be able to sell digital products for download, sell videos and posts, and sell your services (commissions, 1 to 1s, livestreams, etc).
