A place to share all exciting developments with the platform. We built Sooper because creators and businesses were juggling too many tools just to run a membership. Video hosting here, community somewhere else, DMs in another place, payments on another platform… it slows everything down. Sooper gives you one simple place to run it all – videos, community c ...

Thumbnails in Sooper
Thumbnails should be used across posts, channels, and tiers to keep the community visually organised. A consistent style ties the whole community together.
Instagram + ManyChat (Its free)
ManyChat has a new feature that can be used to automatically send DMs to people who follow you. These messages should link directly to your Sooper community. This removes extra steps and performs better than asking people to search for links themselves.
Always link direct to your sooper community.
Link in Bio
Your link in bio should point straight to your Sooper community, not a separate website. Sooper shows your content, tiers, and activity in one place. Sending traffic elsewhere usually lowers conversion.
Links to Posts
It’s really nice to promote new Sooper posts on your socials. Of you’re promoting a new videos or guide, you can link direct to that post in Sooper in your story or bio.
Follower-Only Content
Follower posts allow you to collect emails. Sooper automatically notifies followers about new content by in app notifications and email. This helps you build an audience you can reach directly inside Sooper. A very powerful way to build leads of potential paying customers.
Instagram Ads
You don’t need a large budget to run meta ads. Even £3 per day can be enough to reach new people. Ads should promote content or entry points inside Sooper, such as a Reel, a follower post, or a low-cost tier, rather than sending traffic to external landing pages.
Use notification message button to retain members.
In Sooper’s notification panel, you’ll see real-time updates when a member sets their subscription to cancel or fully cancels. You can instantly message them with a follow-up or offer - and that message is also sent to their email. A powerful way to get them back.
Welcome Messages
We highly recommend sending a welcome message to new members. It’s nice to explain how things work and introduce yourself. Automated welcome messages are coming, but manual messages still improve early engagement.
Pinned Posts
Pinned posts act as entry points for new members. Use them to introduce the community, explain how it works, or highlight important content. Good pinning reduces confusion and cuts down on repeated questions. It also makes the feed look nice.
Chat Channels
Channels should be simple and intentional. Each channel needs a clear purpose, such as general chat, announcements, group feedback/coaching, or exclusive access to drops or event tickets. Avoid creating channels you won’t actively use, as empty channels reduce engagement.
Tier Structure
Sooper supports different tier setups. Some creators use a traditional structure where higher tiers unlock more access. Others use optional add-ons for things like coaching, feedback, or events. Add-on tiers allow members to pay for specific value without forcing upgrades and can sign up to multiple tiers.
YouTube as a Funnel
YouTube works best as a discovery platform. A common approach is to share part of the content on YouTube and continue the rest inside Sooper. Always link your Sooper community in the video description, pinned comments, and your YouTube bio so viewers know where full access lives.
