For the past month, I’ve been doing one simple thing: going to bed at 10 PM and waking up at 6 AM—every single day. The result? More focus, higher energy, and a clear mind like my brain finally hit 100% battery.
Here’s how you can hack your sleep and get the most out of it:
Scrolling through Instagram or TikTok right before bed? It’s basically stress in pixels. The bright screen keeps your brain awake, making it harder to fall asleep. My hack: turn your phone on airplane mode or leave it outside your bedroom at least an hour before bed. Your brain will thank you.
Pro tip: put your color filter in the settings on red after 18:00 to prepare your brain for sleep
Blue light from phones, laptops, and TVs tells your body it’s still daytime, which suppresses melatonin, our sleep hormone. Red light, on the other hand, mimics sunset and is way friendlier for your circadian rhythm. Dim your lights or use a red-light lamp in the evening. Small change, big effect.
Your body loves routine. Going to bed and waking up at the same time strengthens your circadian rhythm, meaning faster sleep, deeper rest, and more energized mornings. Personally, I wake up and I feel so much more refreshed.
💡 Pro tip: Start small. Pick a bedtime you can stick to and build the rhythm. You’ll notice a difference within a week.
Sleep isn’t a luxury, it’s a superpower. Hack it, and you hack your health: energy, focus, mood, recovery. Turn off your phone, dim the lights, stick to your bedtime, and watch your life change.
